The structure of the believe sales academy allows us to recruit people from all walks of life, with the determination and drive to succeed. All of our recruitment is conducted in house, without the use of recruitment agencies, as the costs are high and you often end up looking at other companies failed sales staff.

Once you join the academy, you spend 6 weeks in the business development team, no matter what level you intend to move to. During the first six weeks in the academy, you are trained on the believe 8 sales process, we monitor your ability to apply the right amount of effort , and to handle objections and rejection which in the early stages are hurdles which cause most students to falter. Our primary objectives at this stage is to help all of our students during the six week academy programme is to measure up to the required level of performance which will secure them a permanent placement with one of our clients

the first six weeks

Our job doesn’t finish at the end of the six week programme, in fact in reality it’s at this point the hard work really  does begin! The continual reinforcement of the lessons learned during the academy programme, retraining where necessary and continual monitoring of improved performance enables our clients to ensure that all of their valuable sales assets are being developed to maximise their sales potential, which for some may well lead towards supervisory and management responsibilities.

 

Unlike recruitment agencies who specialise in finding someone who can allegedly deliver an on target sales performance, we prefer to grow our own! We make no mistakes in assuming that because someone has an impressive C.V., that they are sufficiently skilled to become successful in our world. In fact in many cases it is very difficult to help develop an experienced sales person as they are often unprepared to make the changes which might make them truly awesome!
