Kevin Moorhouse has been involved in Sales and Management Development since 1981
In summary, it all started when Kevin was employed as a Sales Director for a division of a large organisation.  Kevin found it very difficult to recruit well trained and highly motivated sales professionals.  The group Managing Director was putting him under pressure to recruit, so for several months he recruited and recruited again but could not create a stable long term sales force.  So he decided to grow his own.
He developed a 6-week sales induction programme that had great emphasis on attitude and personal motivation, backed with a solid sales process.  It proved to be very successful and he went to work in the group training headquarters at Bristol. Training and recruiting salespeople for the whole division.

The company initially created a programme to help with the nationwide problem of unemployment.  He created a 3- and 4-week course, aimed at getting the long term unemployed back into work.  The Training Partnership had 4 very successful years and trained many hundreds of the long-term unemployed.  Most found successful careers at the end of the course. This event was one of the governments most successful initiatives in addressing the unemployment problem. The experience showed how important it was to include attitudinal and personal motivation techniques into the sales processes.  This is one of the features of this process that makes Kevin's events very different from the standard sales and leadership programmes delivered by many training organisations.

Over the last 20 years, this process has been continually developed and continually improved.  Powerful management and leadership techniques have been added.  It has now evolved into a powerful sales management process that is guaranteed and proven to increase company’s sales and profitability.
